Lodging & Meals
SCDH Lodging
Those people staying on-site will either stay in bunkhouse, barn stall bunk, or camp. We ask that you bring your own bedding: a sleeping bag and/or twin-size bedding. There is electricity, WIFI, running water, showers, and ample tenting and parking space. Limited space for small campers/RVs. There is a laundromat in town. We are limiting on-site accommodations to 100 people.
Numerous off-site, nearby lodging options include private cabins, B & B's, lodges, fully equipped RV campgrounds, and a motel.
SCDH Meals
People may bring their own food to the event and use the classroom kitchen, or their own camp stoves to cook in the picnic pavilions. There are pots, pans, plates, and utensils. However, refrigerator space is limited, so bring your own cooler. The kitchen in the big house is for performer use only. If you choose not to cook your own food, we encourage you to support the local economy by eating at a variety of dining establishments nearby (4-5 miles) in Mountain City. A catered lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday for weekend/entire week registrants.

Fitness Center & Saunas (slight walk from lodge) are available at no additional cost to those staying in the lodge or condos.

Most rooms DO NOT have a microwave. A microwave can be made available upon request (but there is a limited supply); there is also one in the hotel lobby area.

Condo Rates:
$150 per day for condo (lodging only - meals/dancing not included) (the $150 per day rate can be split by the number of occupants)

Breakfast and dinner, which include vegetarian options, are included in the cost of the package price.
BREAKFAST
A continental breakfast primarily consisting of bread, bagels, sweet pastries & muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and hard-boiled eggs. Tea, coffee, milk, and orange juice.
LUNCH
Is on your own. There is a restaurant on-site; several restaurants nearby; Door-Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub on-site delivery available, or you may bring your own food (hotel rooms have limited microwaves, condos have a full kitchen).
DINNER
Buffet style served in the dining room.
SNACKS
